HawkMoon is a 2 shot and you don't have to wait for burn to kill anyone. Thorn is the 2nd best hand cannon for PVP and you don't nerf the 2nd best hand cannon first.
Push for the other weapons to be buffed otherwise your looking at a endless cycle of nerfing weapons til we are shooting marshmallows. Right now Vex, Red Death,Shotguns, Thorn, HawkMoon , are the strongest or just the most used .
