Not sure I've miss read the rules and regs but when I'm collecting ghosts I'm not getting the grimour cards for eg.
There are 3 ghosts in rasputins bunker yet I'm only seeing two grimour cards for him yet I know I have all 3 ghosts.
Also is their an issue with ogres an hydras as I seem to be taking an ages to get their cards and the counter for kills doesn't add up when I know I've just killed another.

Thought I'd pop in again lol. The ogres / hydras only count when they are regular enemies (red health bar). Majors or ultras do not count (yellow health bars).

Lol. If you want to grind the grimoire I'd recommend doing the black garden in on normal difficulty and killing the hydra at last checkpoint, wiping and repeating over as much as you need. For ogres do the shrine of oryx mission on normal difficulty and doing the last checkpoint where the ogre spawns, running straight thru everything, kill ogre, due and repeat. Keep in mind you have to do both those missions on the easiest difficulty so those two enemies are [u]not[/u] majors
