The main issue isn't me, it's the fact that you don't like my parameters. I asked for hand cannons that 2 shot, not "oh but if you do this and this and that THEN it two shots... Yeah!" Also bad juju isn't a two burst kill.
Edit: pretty sure it's the same for strangers due to the high fire rate and low impact.
