Red Death and other pulse rifles take several shots that all have to hit the head. You will not get a two BURST kill if some of the bullets miss or only hit the body. You have to get 6 headshots with those weapons. And sniper rifles should be ruled out since they are not a part of the primary category. But yes, it is true they can two shot, even one shot. So can rocket launchers. And grenades. And melee. And supers. Even the sparrow can one hit. (apples and oranges)

Thorn is two shots ONLY TO THE HEAD so my examples use other guns that two shot in the head... Did I place any caveats on these weapons?
