ok so Thorn hits for 84 ~ 86 damage and DoT for 7, to actually make a difference you would have to drop the DoI to 64~66 this puts it on the same level as scout rifles (4 head shots to kill 3 with the DoT) , so now I have not as accurate scout rile, so why would I use it at all. If you reduce the DoT then you will never be able to get a 2 head shot kill which then makes it no where as good as the other 2 exotic hand cannons so once again why would I use it. By messing with the damage then you make the weapon completely useless.
