Not OP at all.
I have Thorn, I use Thorn, I still suck at PVP.
Same with Vex.
I have not leveled my TLW or Hawkmoon yet but I bet I'd still suck at PVP with those as well.

I've seen players that suck at PvP seem good once they get Thorn. The majority of people that use that weapon, get crushed when they switch from it. I've seen in in IB so much over the past week or so.

Same here. I have Thorn and use it sometimes. I do better with Hawkmoon. I still suck at PVP.
