For example, if I were an idiot, I might do something like make an outrageous claim about my skills which can be easily disproved by somebody simply looking at my stats, which are conveniently linked to my profile. I might, say, claim that I teamkill my opponents every game in Control, forgetting that I have exactly zero Reaper medals between all my characters. Apparently the only developed part of your brain is the part that controls your hands. Besides being able to play video games and type, you don't seem to have much in the way of cognitive capacity.
