Is this a good Timurs Lash Roll?
It has Sureshot IS, Outlaw, Fieldscout and Crow control, is that good? Its on my Warlock

I have one with explosive rounds and crowd control, it two shots anyone in PvP with crowd control active and it can two shot hunters and some warlocks without it
