I, and probably many others, have at one point in time dismantled the old 300 damage legendary weapons. Many of the pre- Crota's End weapons that most people loved to use became worthless once the DLC dropped due to not being able to upgrade them to 331. Now, two months before House of Wolves is released, players have found that any old legendary can be upgraded to 365. I think that at some point after House of Wolves is released a new vendor should appear in the tower or reef. This vendor could strictly sell pre- DLC legendary weapons. Every week the items in his inventory could rotate to another set of the old legendaries. I'm not sure what a good price for the weapons would be, but I'm sure that Bungie could find a reasonable way to acquire them. Please feel free to discuss this topic. Give your reasoning why it could be a good or bad idea for a new vendor to sell the old weapons, or just bump the topic so maybe Bungie will see this.
