Do they really? That's a great feature that shoulder charge should already have. The greaves should increase aerial damage and both leg armors should add AoE damage to shoulder charge. It could be like a Feedback Fence on land, but a diving Peregrine charge could deal a heftier 100-125, so you could use it to attack groups of enemies like a falcon diving on a pair of pigeons.
