Absolutely not. I had to grind and grind for mine, I'm terrible at pvp. Unspeakably awful, but I saw that sexy beast for sale. I got my reputation appropriate, and bought two :)

I want to get a second one bad and have it rolled for pvp. I have hipfire, fieldscout, and crowd control. For pve it's a monster. The only pvp thing I can do is change to faster reload or ap rounds
