why is there a black clone in the new Star Wars when all the clones were cloned from Jango Fett.

Actually, during the rise of the galactic empire. The kaminoians rebelled and made clones to fight the empire, the empire destroyed them, and abandoned kamino, they would now recruit normal people for their armies.

He isnt a clone, he is an imperial Stormtrooper. Clones were part of the empire for a short time, but then humans joined the military.
