Should Xûr sell Etheric Light?
Would you buy Etheric light from Xûr or grind for it?
Edit: Remember, Xûr's strange coins are losing purpose cuz we've all gained exotics he sells

It ruins the game. Just quick get to 34 and people complain it was too easy. Same reason I don't want him to sell G-horn (I don't have one), it's not an 'earn things or you are not good' thing, it's that lfg will DIE because every single post will have 'Must be level 34 with Ghorn to run void burn nightfall'

Would I but Etheric light from xur if he sold it? Yes, I would. Should he sell Etheric light? No, he shouldn't. Unless theres a limit on how much he carries a week. Example: He only sells one or two etheric light per person every week.

Did you see how easy it is to get to 34 with poe? It'll take two weeks to ascend 3 lvl 32 characters. Not that hard

Imagine a level 34 with a grimoire score under 1000. Not that I mind, but it takes away the feeling and achievement we firstday players had when we finally reached level 30.

1 ReplyTo combine all the good comments I've seen here, this is the best solution I've come up with; One etheric light per xur visit, make whether or not he has it at all random, and make it 30+ coins.

I'd buy it, but maybe there should be a limit on how many you can buy. It also really depends on what the drop rate for them ends up being (like, if it's terrible, which I doubt... yeah Xur should sell 'em. But if they're pouring out of your ears, nah. Like, if you can get 8-12 of them for doing a Nightfall, like ascendant shards, nah, because then they're easy enough to get).

I think he should, but you should only be able to buy one per week per character, and they should be 35-50 coins a pop.
