Then your Schlong gets so big that you can't even walk, then you are forced to sit or lay down all the time because ya Pickle is so large. Then, because you are disabled, you slowly start to decay but somehow, your schlong is still healthy and growing at a fantastic rate. Then you die, so your schlong detaches itself from the rotting carcass, and seeks a mate in the wild. There is no cure at this time.
