I play with kids all the time. I don't care how old they are, but they do need to talk less. They come across as know it alls sometimes, or just too chatty. Other then the chattering and not listening, I don't care. A lot of them are really good, so I never kick them. Raiding with a group led by a kid, not enjoyable usually, but sometimes it gets done.
