you are correct, in the sense that people are often rude to younger kids. the nice people tend to stay away from that situation because they dont want to be involved in something that they dont want to be involved in (lol). as for being called a squeaker by 15 year olds, its a phase for most boys or adolesecnts, trying to act tough and be cool etc. its rude yes, but if your going to get upset at it i would emplore you to find a group of kids you do get along with and try to ride along with them. this is obvious and im sure youve thought of it, have you tried finding a younger clan or something that is geared towards your age? im sure your well aware but i do believe the rating is M for mature, meaning you should be older and ifyour not, you might get upset at some things in the game. also, if your group is unhappy with your voice or attitude or just your age, dont tell them or dont talk to them. be in the raid with your group, but talk to anothwr group via party chat (or whatever ps3/4 has). this might not be favourable but if they cant figure out your a squeaker or a young person they will have no reason to kick you. that seems a bit out of the way now that i write it, but sometimes you gotta meet people half way. im sure they dont login and think "hey wheres a 12 year old so i can give him a hard time" but i know that they will if the chance arises, dont give them tht chance.
