People should be respectful to everyone. There is a 14 yo that is one of the best gamers in our clan. He can solo Crota normal. He's mature and respectful. I've learned a lot from him. I'm a soccer coach of youngsters that helps kids of all ages. I set the ground rules early. If they don't behave then I tell them what I expect. If they ignore repeated warnings then they get removed from my friend's list but I tell them why. With all that said, older teenagers can be worse. It still comes down to respect.
