In the UK you have to be 16 to buy the game.
So UK players are rarely under that age

I use to play adult games when I was 11. Nobody actually follows these ratings.

They get there parents to get it for them, or their grandma who doesn't understand what their generation is allowed. It's the same in the US

We have a ratings system in the states as well but that doesn't mean someone can't buy the game for someone else.

Um, you're kind of generalising an entire country right now. I think you've just had a bad experience with British gamers. Whenever I play, I find myself in more lobbies with obnoxious Americans than obnoxious Brits, but that's just from [i]my [/i]experience
