It's the opposite for me. I've gotten probably around 10 black hammers and several praedyth's revenge.

Got my first black hammer last night. Praedyths revenge is a myth. And nit a mythoclast bc I get those all the time

Sucks to be you, I got my Praedyth's Revenge on my 2nd normal run, I got Found Verdict on my 4th run, and I got Vision of Confluence and Hezen Vengeance on my 5th run. It would be nice to get the Foil though, but Pocket Infinity can 2-shot oracles anyway, and with it's signature perk along with Send It, it provides a pretty sturdy alternative.
