Explosive rounds are god awful. FF has a wider AoE and does more damage. It also rewards rather than penalizes precision hits.

True but when you have those streaks of inability to hit precision shots, the explosive rounds help with damage. Plus minotaurs bro.

I use shotties on minotaurs. It's easier to hit crits with FB as well. None of that awful bone crap getting in the way.
