I was wondering what thrusting-sword type weapon is the best for a dex build. I'm currently using a +10 rapier, and while it's good, I was wondering if there is a better alternative.

Use spears. Pates spear. Imbue with dark or lightning

I'm a fan of the Espada Ropera, it's longer than the regular Rapier and has slightly more damage.

Sounds like a nice upgrade from the rapier, I'll have to give it a try. Will it do more damage fully upgraded then my rapier fully upgraded after scaling is taken into account? (I have 40 dex)

It's only slightly higher I think, but still higher (5 more damage at +10 with an A scaling instead of a B). It's got a higher durability too.

The higher durability will be a definite plus, the durability bug for the next gen versions is pretty annoying.

It is, apparently there's a fix in the works but I'm not 100% sure.

I just looked it up, apparently it was patched on PC a few days ago, so I assume consoles will see it soon :D

I heard ice rapier one of the most broken and OP things in the game: it shoots an Ice beam too
