In 5th grade my friend mixed his lunch (Gravy over Turkey and Mashed Potatoes) with chocolate milk, and ate it. Not too bad right? Now, skip ahead a few hours. We're rehearsing for some school play, and my grade is standing on a pair of risers. I stood on the far left, but friend stood up at the top, right in the middle. He was a king who was about to rain judgement upon his people. Singing, and stuff that I can't remember, he makes a loud burbing noise. Says "Excuse me." And we all giggle and move past it. However, we failed to realize that was a warning sign. I've never really had many experiences with fear in my life, but the way he managed to gurgle out "Oh god!" made me genuinely think my friend was about to die. But, no. He wasn't dying. He was vomitting. Not in a trash can, not on the floor, no that'd be too easy. He was vomitting on about 6 or 7 kids standing below him. In between my fits of laughter, I remember seeing some girls crying, and my friend, standing oddly triumphant in a kind of pathetic way. Why? Because, the King had rained down his Judgement upon his people.
