To all of the people who don't understand why FL is so effective, it really comes down to the perfect perk roll. The Judgement has pretty much the same stats, and a few people has the FL rolls with it and dominated. Two to the morgue was the FL before FL existed. When HoW drops we will be able to reroll vendor shotguns and get the same perks as FL, meaning everyone will be able to have one. All they need is any generic high impact shotgun. [b]So before you cry about the gun, realize it's the perks and there will be even more shotguns like this coming.[/b]
