They should sell each shader at ranks 15,20,25 for 50 marks and 5000 glimmer.

This. Bungie, give us milestones in addition to RNG. Either get lucky, or get over time... There is nothing worse than playing for hours on end with no rewards in sight :(

meh it would be slightly annoying but considering it regularly drops for people who put in 1/10th of the work I got over it a while ago.
