If you're talking about the "leaked" Arcthrower subclass which is a giant floating arc ball, then I completely agree. But If by some chance your talking about my subclass idea, you definitely read it wrong which means I need to revise my wording with it. It's nothing like Novabomb, but is a bit close to Radiance which I intend to fix. So either way I'm planning on reworking the Arc Warlocks super so it's instant cast instead of over time.
