I just pre-ordered and downloaded HoW...

Does this mean when it releases on the 19th it will already be downloaded and ready for me to play? I have never pre-ordered any DLC for any game in my long time playing video games. Thanks for the responses in advance!

If you bought the game digitally you're gonna get locked out for a few hours before it releases. That's what happened to me with TDB
