As Emperor Drak said, you can buy one from Chloanne at some point (I believe it's after you finish Undead Crypt). There's also one in Dragon Aerie, but that's further on. You might want to try your luck trading items with Dyna & Tilo in Things Betwixt. It's possible to get one from there. (If you're unfamiliar with Dyna & Tilo, there's a nest in Things Betwixt you'll come to if you progress through the first fog gate on the left after going past the bonfire. Drop either a prism stone, any smooth & silky stone, or a petrified something inside the nest, then quit the game. When you load the game back up, another item will be on the floor in its place.)
