Can someone recommend a good PC?
That is affordable (400-700 U.S. Dollars)
And can run a game like Payday 2 or Skyrim on medium or high graphics quality.
Hopefully at least 25+ FPS on those games.
If so, can you send me a link to it?

get more money. then build one. because you will literally get what you put in. you can get crappy parts or amazing parts. prebuilts are[u][b] always [/b][/u]bad unless you just need a basic word processor.
