If it was after only ten matches of using hand cannons in general then I could see your point, but as far as handling and target acquisition go, Timur's Lash makes Thorn feel like trying to aim a firehose one-handed. Maybe it's good compared to other hand cannons, but so far I've found both exotics to be a pita compared to even low level alternatives.
