How do you like your steak cooked?
I personally like mine medium well.

Great question --If I am at a place with a good quality meat, say fine dining, I go rare --If I cook it myself I go rare-ish --If I goto a second rate steakhouse medium to well....I don't trust their meat nor their "cooks"
