To put this asinine argument to rest oracles hp increases the longer they are summoned into the world, if you shoot the oracles on hard or even medium right as they spawn with the foil it one shots them because it has oracle disruptor on all of the shots. I'll put this into terms people can understand because I'm sick of the "omfg foil doesn't one shot oracles you NEWBIE I HAB DIARRHEA MOUF 💩" oracles hp at least doubles on hard within a few seconds of it spawning so shoot when spawned = one shot kill with foil otherwise stfu already.
