The dirigible incorrigible is pretty cool. It's a red and blue VoG ship but I don't see it much

There are 2 VoG ships and they are: [b]Glass Minuet[/b] and [b]Aspect of Glass[/b]. The ship you mention is a Crucible reward ship. Perhaps they added it randomly to the spirit bloom chest in VoG but it's not a VoG ship.

I was just trying to save the guy from getting crucified. At least they changed it up a bit in HoW, some of those ships look awesome.
