What are you talking about? It was a legendary sniper that dropped in queens wrath missions.

The QW vendor sold a rare sniper rifle of the same name.

It wasn't a vendor gun, it dropped after doing a queens wrath mission. Like how you got the armor, it would give you the sniper possibly instead, or the ship.
