Chain of Woe + Outlaw + Hand Cannon Loader, do they all stack?
I'm thinking about getting a pair of FWC gloves with Hand Cannon Loader for my hunter. Does Chain of Woe + Outlaw + Hand Cannon Loader all stack? Or does the reload speed cap at some point? Is the difference with Hand Cannon Loader noticeable?

Yes, they do. It is very very much faster you can notice it on woe on 1 and without or with gloves

The difference is noticeable, but there is a reload speed cap. I would recommend using the gauntlets and then using combustion rather then chain of woe
