Yes, they do. As you get older, you become more intelligent and you require proof of ideas ( like bungie saying this gun has a purpose in the future) before making up stories that it could be something in the future. It's called being logical. If you want to start that argument, I propose gjallarhorn could get a new perk in HoW called "the entire pack" which doubles all damage coming from it. Do I have any basis for this claim? No, just being stupid.
