*offers an idea to Ninja*
Well I'm sure I could manipulate the earth and have a nice raging river flow nearby. We could use hydroelectric power for electricity. Pleasing to the eye, Eco-friendly, and it solves our electrical problem.
The hydro electric plant would be some distance away, it would be fortified heavily, and to get the electricity to the Dojo we would have an underground pipeline.
Just say the word and I will begin the process.
