There are millions of players. You and your friends are a tiny fraction and many many people have yet to get a shader regardless of a high rank.

People who try to get a shader, in general, get it I dont count the 1% in a general statement.

Aside from the high ranks without shaders that you seem to believe don't exist, like my level 80 dead orbit friend with no shaders. While I have 4 at rank 40.

Every one of the people who I mainly play with and try to get a shader have gotten one. It wasn't exaggeragion. I guess it needed clarification for a dumbass like yojrself.
