You're in a forest. Moreover, you're in a circular clearing surrounded by forest. The clearing is dotted with piles of ash, and a couple broken houses of wood.
A scrap-like automaton stands in the middle of the forest. The upper torso has six long, long needles sticking out the back. Four arms adorn the sides, with long, scythe-like knives for fingers. Springs surround the forearms. It has no human legs to speak of, but its spine is elongated, with several more of the scythes attached for legs, making for a millipede appearance.
It turns its head towards the new faces. The eyes of the porcelain mask bore into you.
