It is very unlikely, in a small group. However with a few million people the chances sky rocket. Why on earth would ALL these people lie about not having shaders?

Oh I've noticed, believe me. However many of these people are telling the truth and would greatly appreciate getting one if their factions shaders but you're being too thick skulled to believe even one of them.
