Because that's not evolution. You're repeating what people who don't know what they're talking about claim evolution is, but that's simply not what it is. You can't say look at all these examples that arent evolution, but call them that, and then say evolution is false. Misrepresentation just makes you look like an ass.

We are always evolving, all life is. Evolution is an ongoing process, your genes replicated and sometimes create mutations, we adapt. What you fail to understand is that these processes take a long time. Just like mountain formation, and other Earth processes.
