Just got vex last night, how good is it now? I know it's had many changes made to it but how does it perform now?

Be sure to throw on the full stability sights. Game changer.

Its a very fun gun, allows you to that annoying "kill 2 enemies at one with a fusion rifle"-bounty (quick multikills from a vex also count). And its a very usable gun for pvp. But it really has nowhere to shine in pve, which is a shame. It simply runs out of ammo too quickly (though dont judge it yet on that part until you unlock the extra ammo perk, makes it a lot better. For pvp use send it). It sounds and handles great, it can be very good at solar burn (but id prefer to use a ghorn for that). But once again, ammo... especially with jugler.

I agree 100% It's a pvp beast. Crucible has however gotten extremely balanced with the loss going to auto rifles. If you are in a gun fight with any other premium primary gun. The vex is the only equal. You can win against thorn. Tlw, hawkmoon, mida, and timurs. Providing it's not a distance fight. Thorn and hm are distance weapons. They can't take tlw, or vex. Up close, but they'll wreck you from across the map. So choose your weapons according to play style, and map.
