Edited by Beast the Human: 5/13/2015 12:22:44 AMIts not massively multiplayer online though... the server sizes are too small. Its no more of an MMO than the big team battle playlist was in Halo... Hell, its hardly an RPG.. World of Warcraft is a MMORPG.. so is Neverwinter.. Destiny is just a different FPS.

RPG means role playing game... you could say that any game ever is an rpg in that you are assuming the role of the character you're playing
-
You just described the exact reason why Destiny is considered a RPG..
-
Exactly... I was referring to the other dudes comment saying its barely even an rpg
-
Lmao.. I was that dude. You just proved my point.. I said that Destiny is barely a RPG... Because you can technically say that any game is an RPG when you assume the role of the character in game, then thats what classifies Destiny and an RPG.... if thats not 'hardly an RPG', then I dont know what is. Haha

It's definitely not massive... Not in any aspect.

You you would say that millions of people playing isn't massive? It has to do with how many people play not how big the game is

No, it has to do with how many people can play and interact with each other at the same time.. the small server sizes of Destiny make it impossible for it to be an MMO..
