I dunno, people are way too reliant on blink. It's pretty easy to track the movement as once they've jumped the blink just traces the arc of their momentum. Blinking is also pretty easy to use (imo), and generally you don't even need to aim the shotgun... At least you need to aim the sniper rifle. Blink shotgunning is pretty much running like crazy and just being ready to pull the trigger.
