1. Having multiples of the same gun is stupid. They don't go bad.
They waste precious vault space.
I'm banking exotic shards to upgrade exotics next week.

I only have duplicates of the gjally.. Pix is from 5 weeks ago. I use it on all characters so it's not exactly stupid to keep 3.
