Ive never gotten the mercury card despite collecting every ghost and beung ti every crucible map several times. I've also not been getting grimoire for things like weapon kills, for example, when I reached rank 3 in my heavy weapons, my grimoire score never went up, there were a few others that I don't remember, but this isn't the first time this has happened, please help
