I say no, however if they were 30 strange coins then i would be ok with it.
(i say 30 because it means if you have 0 coins it will take you atleast 1-2 weeks to get 1)

So your fine with the fact I have 200+ coins and will hit the level cap the Friday after the dlc drops???? We keep asking for content content content and then ask for insane shortcuts to be done with said content..... No amount of "price" would be worth having xur sell etheric light
