I think he should but I understand the concerns about hitting max level almost immediately if he does. But also consider you need those for guns as well right? I mean I have probably 30+ guns to max out now. If I get 1 per week for PoE it's going to take until Destiny 2 to get everything leveled. And even at that point I'd probably want to level up lots of different armors with different abilities. Have some for PvE specific some doe PvP. Ones with different perks and ammo capacities. I think this is awesome now everyone won't have on the same 5 pieces of armor. But it might take a long time unless they update the NF drops to include it over ascendant stuff...
