Fire all the elected officials and replace them with the people who were in lowest places in life economically. The people who suffer the most in terms of finances have a better understanding of the real world than the wealthy politicians who talk to talk.

Your average joe will not know how to run a government. Surprisingly you kinda have to be smart "even textbook" to run a stable economy. Honestly the best thing to do would hire the best economists, professors and politicians. Let the best run the gov instead of electing "friends" into power.

Not friends. Just people who know what its like to be poor. When you have an idea of what it's like to be poor then you become wealthy you will know what to do.

This is not always the case. And also very few poor people become rich. Some is because they are not given the chance but mostly because they don't do what is necessary to succeed financially. You would like Dr Ben Carson if you've ever heard of him. He may be running for president and grew up in the ghetto and became a renowned brain surgeon. Little side not cause I'm done with this talk cause I gotta get some sleep :)

No handouts. Would organize a program where for three months immigrants are on government assistance to help if they aren't physicially disabled they would get no more help. Same for Americans. Three months of help unless physically disabled.
