This is not always the case. And also very few poor people become rich. Some is because they are not given the chance but mostly because they don't do what is necessary to succeed financially. You would like Dr Ben Carson if you've ever heard of him. He may be running for president and grew up in the ghetto and became a renowned brain surgeon.
