Not to be an ass, but have you not played a CoD game before? Theres always at least one sniper rifle that has basically unlimited range and is a OHK to anywhere on body. It ks usually the 1st sniper rifle available 1 ohk all day to any body part...shoot someone in toe and it's a kill. Haven't played since Ghosts but I doubt they changed routine that much.
